Members & Guests Area

Three levels of access: open information for everyone, a registered-guest subscription for friends of the Lodge, and a private area for members.

How access works

Public, registered guests, and members

The site is designed around three tiers so we can share openly with the public, keep friends of the Lodge informed, and give members a secure private space.

Public access

Open to all visitors, no account needed: about & what is Freemasonry, our history and work, the public gallery, and membership enquiries.

Registered guest

A free account for friends and supporters of the Lodge: everything in public, plus newsletter & email updates and notice of open and social events.

Members’ private area

Secure, for members of the Lodge only: summons & meeting papers, the members’ directory, the event calendar, and private documents.

Getting your account

Everyone starts by registering as a guest. Create a guest account — new registrations are reviewed by the Lodge before they go live, so there may be a short wait before you can sign in.

If you are a member of the Lodge, the Lodge Secretary will then upgrade your guest account to a member’s account, giving you access to the private members’ area. You can sign in here at any time.

If you have any trouble, please get in touch and we’ll be glad to help.
